Nobuyo Yamashita (山下羨代, Yamashita Nobuyo, née Ōyama, October 16, 1933 – September 29, 2024), known professionally as Nobuyo Ōyama (大山 のぶ代, Ōyama Nobuyo), was a Japanese actress, screenwriter, singer, essayist, and television personality. Her husband was the late television personality Keisuke Sagawa.

Nobuyo was best known for voicing the main character in the Doraemon anime series that ran from 1979 to 2005. She also voiced Monokuma, the main villain from the Danganronpa video-game series, from 2010 to 2016 and in Danganronpa: The Animation.

In May 2015, it was announced that Nobuyo had dementia and living in a retirement home in Tokyo.[2] She died from the disease on September 29, 2024 at the age of 90.[3]
