Norbert Werbs (20 May 1940 – 3 January 2023) was a German Roman Catholic bishop and theologian. He was born in Warnemünde, Rostock. He became a priest in 1964. He was became auxiliary bishop of Hamburg in 1994. He served until his retirement in 2015.[1]

Werbs died on 3 January 2023 in Neubrandenburg, at the age of 82.[2]
