Norma Bessouet

Norma Bessouet (October 15, 1940 – June 11, 2018) was an Argentine painter and sculptor. Bessouet's work was mainly about around portraits, domesticity and the female nude. Her paintings were abstract in their style and she also created equally as abstract wooden dolls. She was born in Buenos Aires.

Bessouet lived and worked in New York City.[1] She died of breast cancer in Buenos Aires on June 11, 2018 at the age of 77.[2][3]
