Oshana is a region in Namibia. The capital is Oshakati.
Omahangu (pearl millet) is the main staple crop grown in Oshana. Cattle also do well here and there are many herds.
There are eleven constituencies:

- Ondangwa Rural
- Ondangwa Urban
- Ongwediva
- Oshakati East
- Oshakati West
- Uukwiyu
- Uuvudhiya
