Oskaloosa is a city in Iowa in the United States. The population was 11,558 in the 2020 census.[4]
Oskaloosa is the home of William Penn University, a private, liberal arts college. It was founded by members of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in 1873 as Penn College.
