Ottawan
Ottawan is a French pop music duo. Their known songs were "D.I.S.C.O." and "Hands Up (Give Me Your Heart)". The band was founded in 1979 by record producers Daniel Vangarde and Jean Kluger. The members were singer Patrick Jean-Baptiste and singer Annette Eltice.
