Pallonji Shapoorji Mistry (1 June 1929 – 28 June 2022) was an Indian-born Irish billionaire businessman. He was chairman of Shapoorji Pallonji Group. He was the richest Irish person. According to Forbes, his wealth was US$14.4 billion in October 2019. He was the largest individual shareholder in India's largest private group, Tata Group.[1] His net worth was US$25.7 billion in January 2021.[2]

Mistry died on 28 June 2022 in Dublin, Ireland at the age of 93.[3] His son, Cyrus Mistry, died two months later.[4]
