Pamela Frances O'Neil (born 20 September 1945) is an Australian politician. She is a member of the Labor Party. She was a member of the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly for Fannie Bay from 1977 to 1983. In the Hawke Government, she served as the first Sex Discrimination Commissioner from 1984 to 1988.

O'Neil was born in Brisbane, Queensland.[1]
