Parashuram Khapung is a Nepalese politician. He became the Governor of Koshi Province in 2021.[2][3] He was appointed Governor, as per the Article 163 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal by the President Bidya Devi Bhandari on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers of the Government of Nepal on 11 November 2021.[4] He is a former member of House of representatives.[5]
