Patrick Ky was the Head of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) from 1st of September 2013 to 31. August 2023. Patrick Ky studied at the École Polytechnique and the French Civil Aviation University (1989)[1] and was previously Head of the SESAR (Single European Sky ATM Research ).[2] He succeed Patrick Goudou and has been replaced by Florian Guillermet.
