Pecorino Siciliano

Pecorino Siciliano is a type of Pecorino cheese. It comes from the Italian state of Sicily.[1] It comes in a cylinder like shape. It is not well known outside of Italy. Since 1996, it has protected designation of origin. It has a firm and rough texture.
