Peruvian food refers to the culinary traditions of Peru. That includes fish, plates with corn, like humita, potatoes and a lot of soups. Ceviche is the most famous dish in Peru. It is made with fish, lemon, red onion, pepper and salt. Rice and potatoes are used for share a lot of plates.

Pisco is the national drink, and it is made by eight types of grapes.

There are a lot of traditional deserts, like alfajor and rice with milk
