Peter Simonischek (born 6 August 1946) is an Austrian movie and stage actor.[1] He has appeared in more than sixty movies since 1980.

Simonischek is known for his role as Winfried Conradi/Toni Erdmann in the 2016 movie Tonu Erdmann. He won the European Film Award for Best Actor and was nominated for a London Critics Circle Film Awards for Best Actor and a Toronto Film Critics Association Awards for Best Actor.
