Philip Ray Martinez

Philip Ray Martinez (July 13, 1957 – February 26, 2021) was an American politician and lawyer. He was a Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas from 2002 until his death in 2021. Martinez was nominated to the court by President George W. Bush. He was born in El Paso, Texas.

Martinez died on February 26, 2021 in El Paso from a heart attack, aged 63.[1]
