Phyllis Vance

Phyllis Margaret Vance (née Lapin) is a fictional character on the U.S. comedy television series, The Office. She is played by Phyllis Smith. The character is not based from anyone in the British version of the series.

Lapin is a sales representative at fictitious paper distributor Dunder Mifflin. She is a quiet but friendly type who loves "girl talk" and gossip.
