Pickens, formerly called Pickens Courthouse, is a small town in Pickens County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 3,126 at the 2010 census.[3] It is the county seat of Pickens County.[4] Pickens County is included in Greenville-Mauldin-Easley metropolitan area.
