Piero Tosi (born April 10, 1927) is an Italian costume designer. He was known for his works in Senso, Bellissima, The Leopard, Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow, Death in Venice, The Night Porter, and La Traviata.

He won the David di Donatello for Best Costumes twice. He also won the BAFTA Award for Best Costume Design twice, and has been nominated for the Academy Award for Costume Design five times.
