The Pothohar Plateau (also spelled Pothwar, Potwar or Potohar) (Urdu: سطح مرتفع پوٹھوہار) is a plateau in Punjab, Pakistan. The area was the home of the Soan Culture (a stone age culture), and there are many fossils, tools, coins, and remains of ancient archaeological sites.
