Princeton University is a private university in Princeton, New Jersey in the United States. It opened in 1746 with the name "The College of New Jersey". It was eventually named "Princeton University" in 1896. In conversation, it is simply called, "Princeton".
Princeton's main library, Firestone Library, is one of the biggest university libraries in the world.
In 2013 Forbes put Princeton at number three in their list of "America's Top Colleges".
Princeton works with Coursera.
