Proco Joe Moreno III (born May 19, 1972) is an American politician. He is the current 1st Ward Alderman of Chicago. He was appointed by Mayor Richard M. Daley on March 26, 2010.[1]
The 1st Ward of Chicago incorporates areas including: Wicker Park, Bucktown, East Village, Ukrainian Village, Logan Square and the southeastern tip of Roscoe Village.
