Public shaming

From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Public shaming is when someone is out of favor for their actions or words. It has been used as a punishment in some countries long ago.[1]

Online shaming[change | change source]

Public shaming has been seen online due to a super-minority of groups willing to "cancel" people.[2]
