Development[change | change source]

On 2012 Ubisoft registed the domains "RaymanLegends.com" and "Rayman-Legends.com",[2] implying that a game was in development, later the company confirmed the develop of the game with a video-trailer.[3]

The game was originally planned for Wii U, but the low sales of ZombiU, was the factor for release the game on other plataforms.

Originally was planned for release the day November 30 of 2012, on October 8 was delayed the launch to February 26 of 2013, but the game was delayed again to September of 2013 for release simultaneously with Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
