Tanea Brooks (born September 8, 1978) is an American professional wrestler, manager and actress. She is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and is better known under the ring name Rebel. She has also appeared in Impact Wrestling and World Wonder Ring Stardom.

Before wrestling, she was a cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL). As an actress, Brooks has appeared in multiple music videos including "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk" by Trace Adkins and "Play Something Country" by Brooks & Dunn. She was a backup dancer for Atkins during his performance of Honky Tonk Badonkadonk at both the CMT Music Awards and Academy of Country Music Awardss.[1]

On the April 29, 2020 episode of Dynamite, she made her AEW debut during a segment where she appeared as an assistant to Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. who kept getting her name wrong and calling her Reba.[2]

On the August 5 episode of Dynamite, Rebel made her AEW in-ring debut, losing to Big Swole.[3] On the May 13, 2021 episode of Dynamite, Rebel wrestled Hikaru Shida in a AEW Women's World Championship Eliminator match but lost.[4]

Personal life

On November 16, 2025, Brooks announced that she had been diagnosed with primary pulmonary lymphoma.[5] On May 1, she announced that she had also been diagnosed with terminal amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).[6]
