Remi De Roo

Remi Joseph De Roo (February 24, 1924 – February 1, 2022) was a Canadian Roman Catholic prelate. He became a priest in 1950. He became the Bishop of Victoria in 1962. He retired in 1999. He was born in Swan Lake, Manitoba.[1] He was Canada’s longest-serving Catholic bishop.[2]

De Roo died on February 1, 2022 in Victoria, British Columbia at the age of 97.[3]
