Richard Ellef Ayoade (/ˌˈɑːdi/ EYE-oh-AH-dee; born 23 May 1977) is a British actor, comedian, broadcaster and filmmaker.[1] He is best known for his role as Maurice Moss in Channel 4 sitcom The IT Crowd. In 2014, he won a BAFTA Award.
