Richard Herd, Jr. (September 26, 1932 – May 26, 2020) was an American actor. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He was known for playing Mr. Wilhelm on Seinfeld. He also played James W. McCord, Jr. in the 1976 political thriller All the President's Men.
Herd died of colorectal cancer-related problems in Los Angeles on May 26, 2020 at the age of 87.[1]
