Richard Thomas Osman (born 28 November 1970) is an English television presenter, producer, director, and novelist. He was best known for his working role since 2009 to 2022 with the alongside comedian Alexander Armstrong, as during the game show creating and presenting the first series on the BBC One television quiz show Pointless. Since 2014, and over to the 2015 series, Armstrong also presented the BBC Two quiz shows Two Tribes, and Richard Osman's House of Games. When he and Josh Widdecombe was been the captain since 2016, and presented by Sue Perkins, Widdecombe and Osman was been the British starring of the BBC Two comedy panel game show Insert Name Here, and in 6 February and over to 15 May 2017, he presenting Channel 4's The Fake News Show.
