Ripple (payment protocol)

Ripple is a communication protocol for sending money through the internet. It was developed by Ripple Labs,[1] Inc which is an American Financial technology company. The company wants to take on the established financial industry with their X-rapid blockchain protocol with the XRP [2] settlement token.
