Risa Itō
Risa Itō (Japanese: 伊藤 理佐, Hepburn: Itō Risa, born 6 September 1969) is a Japanese manga artist. Her main works are Hey Pitan!, Higepiyo and Oruchuban Ebichu ("Ebichu Minds the House"). Oruchuban Ebichu was produced as an animated TV program for Gainax.
She was born in Hara town, Suwa District in Nagano Prefecture.
