Robert “Bob” Dugard (3 July 1942 – 5 August 2018) was an English motorcycle speedway rider and promoter. He was born Hove, East Sussex. Dugard rode with Eastbourne Eagles, Wimbledon Dons, and West Ham Hammers. He was the owner of Arlington Stadium.

Dugard died on 5 August 2018 in Hove from lung cancer, aged 76.[1]
