Oscar Robert Themptander, (born 14 February 1844, died 30 January 1897) was a Swedish politician and public official. He served as the Prime Minister of Sweden from 1884 to 1888 during the reign of King Oscar II. He was also the Governor of Stockholm County between 1888 and 1896. Also, he served as Sweden's Minister for Finance.
