Rodrigo Hernández Cascante (born 22 June 1996), known as Rodri or Rodrigo, is a Spanish professional footballer. He currently plays for Premier League club Manchester City and the Spanish national team. He is considered one of the best defensive midfielders in the world.[3][4][5]

In 2024, he won the Ballon d'Or. This made him the second male Spanish player to win the award after Luis Suárez won it in 1960.[6] He was also the first Manchester City player to win the award.[7]
