Ronald John Withnall (9 December 1914 – 16 September 1990) was an Australian politician and lawyer. In 1960, he was elected to the Northern Territory Legislative Council. He served as a member of the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly from 1974 to 1977 for Port Darwin. In the first assembly of the Northern Territory, he and fellow independent Dawn Lawrie were the only non-Country Liberal Party members.
