Ronald Lewis Schlicher (September 16, 1956 – September 26, 2019) was an American diplomat and career foreign service officer. He was the Deputy Chief of Mission in Lebanon (chargé d'affaires) 1994–96 and United States Consul-General in Jerusalem in 2000–02. He also served as ambassador to Cyprus in 2006–08.[1] He was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Schlicher died on September 26, 2019 in Brentwood, Tennessee at the age of 63.[2]
