Roy C

Roy Charles Hammond (August 3, 1939 – September 16, 2020), better known as Roy C or Roy "C", was an American southern soul singer-songwriter and record executive. He was best known for his songs "Shotgun Wedding" and "Impeach the President".[1] He was born in Newington, Georgia.

Hammond died on September 16, 2020 in Allendale, South Carolina from liver cancer at the age of 81.[2]
