Rupert William Penry-Jones (born 22 September 1970) is a British actor. He is known for his roles as Adam Carter in Spooks, Clive Reader in Silk, Joseph Chandler in Whitechapel, and Mr Quinlan in the American horror series The Strain.[1] He played Mayor Don Mitchell in the 2022 DC Comics movie The Batman.[2]
