Russell Jennings
J. Russell "Russ" Jennings (May 23, 1955 – October 27, 2021) was an American Republican politician. He was a member of the Kansas House of Representatives from 2012 until his death. He was born in Lakin, Kansas.
Jennings was diagnosed with advanced cancer in July 2021. He died from the disease three months later on October 27, 2021 at the age of 66.[1]
