Russian Organization for Intellectual Property
The Russian Organization for Intellectual Property VOIS (Russian: Всероссийская организация интеллектуальной собственности, ВОИС) is collective management society for neighboring rights established by Russian performers and record labels in 2008.
Today VOIS unites more than 4,000 right-owners.
In 2009 Rosohrankultura (the Ministry of Culture Department) accredited VOIS as the sole society to collect and distribute remuneration for performers and phonogram producers within the territory of the Russia.
Total amount of collected remuneration in 2010 reached about 427 million rubles.
