Samantha Ruth Prabhu is an Indian actress who pre-eminently works in Telugu and Tamil-language film. She is one of the highest-paid actress in the South Indian film industry. Samantha made her career debut in 2010 with the Telugu film Ye Maaya Chesave, which fetched her the Filmfare Award for Best Debut Actress and a Nandi Award.[1] Although, she has seen as a leading actress role in many commercially successful films, but for which she has received extremely critical acclaim and many award such as Eega (2012), Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu (2012), Attarintiki Daredi (2013), Kaththi (2014), Theri (2016), 24 (2016), Mersal (2017), Rangasthalam (2018), and Mahanati (2018) etc. She won further critical acclaim for her roles in 2019 releases, Super Deluxe, Majili, Oh! Baby and for her only 2020 film Jaanu.Her native Place is Chennai.
