The Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) is the national men's association football league in Scotland. The league was formed after the merger of the Scottish Premier League and the Scottish Football League in June 2013.[1][2] The league consists of the top four levels of the Scottish football, the Scottish Premiership, Scottish Championship, Scottish League One and Scottish League Two. The league also operates two cup competitions, the Scottish League Cup and the Scottish Challenge Cup. The Scottish Cup includes all the teams within the SPFL, but it's is run and organised by the Scottish Football Association (SFA).
