Mayulu made his professional debut on 7 January 2024, as a substitute in a 9–0 Coupe de France win against Revel in the round of 64.[2][3] He scored his first professional goal on 20 January, in a 4–1 win against Orléans in the Coupe de France round of 32.[4] He would make his Ligue 1 debut as a substitute on 18 March, in a 6–2 win over Montpellier,[5] and would start his first Ligue 1 match on 6 April against Clermont.[6]

Mayulu signed his first professional contract on 20 May, which extended the length of his contract until 30 June 2027.[7]

In the 2025 UEFA Champions League final on 31 May 2025, Mayulu came on as a substitute and scored the final goal in Paris Saint-Germain's 5–0 win against Inter Milan.[8] This goal made him the youngest Frenchman to score in a UEFA club competition final at 19 years and 14 days old, and the third-youngest player to ever score in a Champions League final, behind Patrick Kluivert and Brian Kidd.[9]
