Shri Thanedar (born February 22, 1955) is an American businessman, author, and politician. He has been the U.S. representative from Michigan's 13th congressional district since 2023.[1][2][3] He is a member of the Democratic Party.

Thanedar was a member of the Michigan House of Representatives from 2021 to 2023.[4] He was also a candidate in the Democratic primary for Governor of Michigan in the 2018 election.
