Simon Barere

Simon Barere (September 1, 1896April 2, 1951) was a Russian pianist. He was born in Odessa, Ukraine.

Barere died of a massive bleeding in brain during a performance of Grieg's Piano Concerto at Carnegie Hall with Philadelphia Orchestra[1].
