Social anxiety disorder (or SAD) is a mental problem where people are scared to talk to other people, thinking that they will embarrass themselves or that they will be judged badly by other people. This can cause fear to someone with SAD, which can also affect his life if it is not treated soon.[1]

People with SAD can be scared to go out and talk to other people. This can cause depression and fear of the outdoors.
