The South Africa Women cricket team has been active since 1960. It is governed by Cricket South Africa (CSA), which is a Full Member of the International Cricket Council (ICC). South Africa Women play all forms of international cricket: Test, One Day International (ODI), and Twenty20 International (T20I).[1]

South Africa Women made their Test cricket debut in 1960, against England Women, becoming the fourth women's team to play at international level (after Australia Women, England Women, and New Zealand Women).[2][better source needed]
