The Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission abbreviated as SUPARCO is the national space agency of Pakistan. It was founded in 1961. Its headquarters are based in Karachi. It is responsible for the nation's public and civil space programme and for aeronautics and aerospace research.[1]
