The Mao Zedong Statue is a statue in Wuyi Square, Fuzhou, Fujian, China. It is 10.1 metres (33 ft) tall. It depicts Mao Zedong holding out his arm. The statue was built by Yang Zhengrong, a painter in Fujian. It took a year and a half to build.[1]
