Sulayman al-Alwan is a Saudi scholar who promotes militant jihad to Muslims.[1] He has published works such as an explanation of Kitab at-Tawheed and an explanation of the Three Principles of Islam.[2] He has received praise from the former Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, Abdulaziz ibn Baz due to his righteousness.[2] He was sent to prison for 15 years due to him being allegedly a "al-Qaeda mufti."[3]
