The Surrey men's cricket team is based at Kennington in south London. It represents the traditional English county of Surrey. Teams called Surrey have been active since 1709. The team is organised by the Surrey County Cricket Club, which was formed in 1845. Surrey have first-class status, and the team has competed in the official County Championship since 1890. They have won the trophy 22 times, most recently in 2024.[1] Their home ground is The Oval.
