The Suzuki Baleno is a car produced by Suzuki. It was first introduced in 1995, and replaced by the Suzuki Liana in 2001.[1] Suzuki again started making Suzuki Baleno in 2015 and introduced at Frankfurt Motor Show.[2]

Suzuki Baleno was first sold in India starting from 24 October 2015 and then sold in Japan starting from 9 March 2016.[3] It became availble in Europe from April 2016 and in United Kingdom from June 2016.

Engine[change | change source]

It comes with a 3 cylinder 1000cc Petrol engine and has 6 speed automatic transmission. Fuel tank can hold 37 Litres of petrol at a time.[4][5]

Performance[change | change source]

Suzuki Baleno has a top speed of 170 kmph and can accelerate from 0 - 100 kmph in 11.4 seconds. It has an average fuel consumption of 14 - 18 kilometres per Litre of petrol.[6]

Safety[change | change source]

Euro NCAP gave 4 out of 5 stars for the safety of Suzuki Baleno in 2016. It has front and side airbags to cover the head and chest of driver and front passenger.[7] In addition it has automatic braking system to avoid collisions.
